As the flagship and inaugural member of Spyderco's popular SLIPIT line, the UK Penknife has long set the standard in one-hand-opening, clip-carried, non-locking folding knives. This elite Salt version of it further elevates the design by rendering it with ultra-corrosion-resistant materials and a dramatic all-black color theme. Its blade is full-flat ground from CPM MagnaCut, a revolutionary blade steel that provides an exceptional blend of edge retention, toughness, and extreme corrosion resistance. Cloaked in a non-reflective Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating, it is paired with a handle featuring peel-ply-textured G-10 scales machined with our signature Caribbean Bi-Directional Texture pattern for an ultra-secure, non-slip grip. A reversible deep-pocket wire clip provides discreet tip-up carry on either side of the body and, like the rest of the knife's handle hardware, also has a non-reflective blade coating.
