IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: These Terms of Service (“TOS”) establish a legal agreement between you and OLD GLORY GUNS AND AMMO (“Company”) for the Company’s products or services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services Protection and License

The Company’s services are protected by copyright and other laws. They are licensed, not sold. All ownership remains with the Company and its suppliers.

2. Grant of License

The Company grants a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely to evaluate or operate the accounts receivable management solutions provided.

3. Limitations

You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the services. The Company may terminate this TOS for violations. Data may be shared with affiliates as permitted by law and privacy policy.

4. Product Updates and Maintenance

Updates or maintenance may be provided at the Company’s discretion. These TOS also apply to all updates unless otherwise stated.

5. Further Use Restrictions

Use of the services beyond authorized purposes is prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and for ensuring that your data is accurate and virus-free.

6. Confidentiality and Feedback

All Company services and materials contain confidential information. Unauthorized disclosure causes irreparable harm. Any feedback you provide may be used freely by the Company.

7. Copyright

All content and intellectual property within the services are owned by the Company and/or its suppliers.

8. U.S. Government License Rights

Company services provided to the U.S. Government are governed by applicable FAR or DFAR clauses.

9. Export Restrictions

You may not export or re-export the services to restricted countries or prohibited end-users.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided “AS IS” without any warranty. The Company disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Exclusion of Claims; Remedies

The Company and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Your exclusive remedy is to request an updated version at the Company’s discretion.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Settlement

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NH. You consent to jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, NH, USA.

13. Privacy

14. Electronic Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications from the Company.

15. Saving a Payment Method

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring it is authorized for storage and future use.

16. Miscellaneous

This TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
